Talis Group started two decades ago as 2 small staffing companies, The Legal Edge and Tempo Temporaries. These two companies were merged and renamed Talis Group, Inc. in 1998. Talis Group is a certified Female Business Enterprise with the City of Louisville.

We moved our office to the Highlands, very near to downtown, in 2011 and have enjoyed our central location tremendously. Many of our clients use our facilities for confidential, high level hires.

We hire experienced recruiters and use their expertise to the advantage of our clients. We have long tenured employees who stay with Talis Group often for a decade or more. Our staffing model is hands on, detailed and exceptional.

We recruit for a large number of mid to upper level positions year upon year. We often compete and win against National companies with ‘branch offices’ of merely one employee working out of their home or staff that recruit rarely for complicated, industry specific jobs. We also compete and win against Human Resource consulting firms and other consulting firms that ‘dabble’ in the recruitment process. Because we are always recruiting and have developed a large web of referrals, we usually have laser focus of finding the right person for your position.

Talis Group is a member of Louisville and Southern Indiana Society for Human Resource Management as well as the National SHRM. We are also a member of the American Staffing Association.
